We now only accept payments using either Direct Debit through GoCardless for regular cleans or Square (our Debit/Credit card processor) both ways are a safe, secure and extremely simple way of managing your payments online without the need for cash.

GoCardless

Paying by GoCardless is really quick and easy, by clicking on the blue GoCardless button below you will be redirected to a secure form hosted on the GoCardless encrypted website, and you will need to enter in your payment details as instructed.

Don’t worry, we never see your bank details as it is completely handled by the company ‘GoCardless’, which is a trusted, encrypted and fully secure payment system.

Is GoCardless Safe?

Yes. As a Direct Debit payment system, you have many guarantees in place by law and you can feel safe in the knowledge that your personal details are fully protected, you will benefit from the Direct Debit Guarantee scheme and “If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit, by the organisation or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society”.

You will be notified by email 3 days prior to the payment being taken by Direct Debit. If Your ever unsure of a payment made, you can always contact us or your bank regarding the payment. All payment information submitted to GoCardless is encrypted to add that extra layer of security. GoCardless is well known for being a very safe and easy to use system for making Direct Debit payments through your bank and used by HM Government, BBC and The Guardian newspaper corporation to name but a few.

What is the Process?

When you sign up to use our regular 4 or 8 weekly window cleaning service, we will start the customer onboarding process with you, this includes confirming the correct details for both yourself and your property. Once we have your details and you have accepted your personalized estimate, we will send you an email with the GoCardless link in it. After you have completed the Direct Debit mandate, our system receives an automatic notification and that’s it your all set up.

If you’re an existing customer we will be emailing you soon to help with the switch over to GoCardless, we will contact you nearer the time and explain what you need to do. If you wish to switch now either click on the blue button below (pay with GoCardless) or email us and we will send you the link.

Remember payments will only be made once we have completed your first or next due clean. After this, all payments will be made automatically, usually 3-5 days after cleaning your windows. That’s it! You can then just sit back and let GoCardless do all the work for you.

Square

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our card payment provider SQUARE, paying for your clean by debit card couldn’t be simpler. When you receive your invoice just click on the link and follow the screen prompts with our card processor SQUARE, and once done you will receive a receipt through to your email address and our system automatically updates your account.

You can pay for your clean every time you receive your invoice or to make it even less hassle, sign up to Square from your invoice and set re-occurring payment for your regular window cleaning.
