Can you still clean my windows during the ‘Coronavirus pandemic’?

The simple answer to that is yes we can, we will always follow and implement the latest government guidelines for working safely and ensuring our business is ‘Covid-19’ Safe. To find out how we have changed our working practices to co-operate with latest guideline please click here.

How will you reduce the risk of spreading coronavirus?
Amongst other controlled measures we currently have in place, we sanitise all equipment before our work day starts and at the end of the day. Our vehicles are sanitised after each shift using a fogging machine. Our operatives will wear gloves, visor’s and face coverings where necessary.
What is the best time to contact you?
Our office hours are Mon – Fri 9am-5pm, Outside of these hours you can email us 24hrs a day and we will always respond as soon as we can. You can also reach out to us via facebook and Instagram.
How often will you clean my windows?
86% of our customers sign up to have their windows cleaned every 4 weeks, we do offer an 8 weekly cleaning cycle as an alternative should you require although to keep your windows and frames in tip-top condition we would advise 4 weekly.
How do I arrange my first clean?

Simply send us a little information on what you require here, then we’ll contact either by phone or email to ask you a couple of extra questions and ask you to send us a couple of photos thus enabling us to give you a personalised estimate. We’ll arrange for one of our field managers to come and see you at a convenient time if your property is a little unusual.

Do you charge more for the first window clean?
We charge extra on your first/initial clean to cover the additional time taken on the initial/first clean, this varies with house size but as a rule of thumb the cost will be 50%-100% more expensive. We always send you two estimates, the first estimate has the initial/first clean cost immediately followed by the regular cleaning price. You will need to accept both estimates before we can schedule your job.
What happens after that?
Once you have received your estimate via email, You’ll just need to click on the green accept button located at the top right hand corner of your estimate and bob’s you’re uncle. We’ll add you to our system which automatically sets up your account with us, and within in a few days you will receive a welcome email with everything you need to know about the service we will provide prior to our first clean. In the welcome pack you will find a couple of little helping tips for you, such as setting up your payment method and rear garden access.

We’ll then send you a reminder email in advance before every visit. No more wondering when or if your windows will be cleaned!..

What method do you use to clean my windows?
As a professional company we always use the most up to date equipment and the safest methods available, 98% of our customers have their exterior windows, fascia, soffits, gutters & conservatories cleaned by pure water (better known as ‘Reach & Wash’). I have had mixed results with cleaners using the brush thingy?
As with all services and products that we buy today, window and exterior cleaning like other services or products can sometimes leave you the customer a little unhappy with the end result or product. This doesn’t mean that all companies are the same, some cut corners!. We always use the latest equipment to supply our super high standards, not only that we maintain our systems and equipment to the highest levels from replacement parts & filters that our pure water systems require right down to changing the brush heads when they start to wear (not after years!!). We employ all of our operatives and they are fully trained to the highest standards including training bodies for our industry like BWCA, WCA and City & Guilds.
How do I know who’ll be cleaning?
All our team members arrive in our company vans, wear professional branded clothing and are issued with photo ID cards for your peace of mind. We even tell you their name before they arrive, so you’ll always know who we are.
How often do I need to have my frames cleaned?
Simple Every time we carry out your regular clean we will clean all frames, sill’s and doors..
What happens if I’m not happy with the clean?
We guarantee that you will be: if you’re not happy for ANY reason simply give us a quick call or email on the day of the clean and we’ll promptly come back and do it again free within 24hrs of the original clean.

What else do you clean?
Think of us as your homes ‘night in shinning armour’, we can effectively and safely clean your windows, gutters, fascia, soffit boards, downpipes, conservatory roofs and surrounds, solar panels, drive ways, patios and rendered walls. We can also clear your gutters removing debris, moss and dirt from the safety of the ground with our triple motor Gutter-Vac’s.
Can you clear my gutters, I think they are blocked?
Yes, we use triple motor Gutter Vacuums to clear all types of debris from your gutters and downpipes. Utilising these hi-spec machines we can normally clear your gutters and downpipes from the safety of the ground, our operative use carbon fibre suction poles with interchangeable heads to suit 95% of all household gutters.
Will you do all my gutters?
We do all the guttering on your home, it’s all included in the fixed price we quote. This includes gutters at high level and head height, on your conservatory, your porch and your garage.
I work all day; can you still do them if I’m not home?
If you have an outside electricity socket or are able to leave a small extension lead out of the ground floor window whilst keeping your home secure (and turned on!!), we can then work unattended. We’ll email over the before and after photos along with our invoice and a link so you can pay online.
Do you clean the outside of the gutters?
Yes we do, you can have it done separately or together and to save money you’ll will need to book the clearing and cleaning service together.
